When Paul Stockton was laid off from his job he took it as an opportunity to realize a long time goal of cycling across Canada. He did it old style: no electronic gadgetsm laptop, GPS, or cell phone. He used a film camera, shooting slide film. Along the way he encountered a wide range of people and wildlife, and had to overcome injuries, and the loneliness of the road. And there were some detours along the way.
